How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Request
    Click the "Submit a Request" button below and fill out the return form.

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form along with the exact return address and a shipping label. This process may take 24-72 hours.

  3. Ship It Back
    Print and attach the provided UPS shipping label and the RA form to the outside of the box.

  4. Receive Your Refund
    Once we receive the merchandise and confirm it’s in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed promptly.

What Can I Return?

You can return products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and should not be assembled, installed, or modified in any way. In cases of fitment issues, pictures of any flaws or defects may be necessary to complete your request.

Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • All Wheel & Tire Packages

What Are My Shipping Fees?

For orders delivered within the continental UK, if the return is not due to an error on our part, both the initial shipping charge and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

For freight, international, and non-continental UK returns, coordination of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to an error made by Premier Spareparts, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost.
