At Premier Spareparts, we strive to source your products and prepare them for dispatch as quickly as possible, aiming for next-day delivery. However, various factors may influence this timeline.
Once we receive your order, our parts team will work diligently to gather your products within 3 working days and prepare them for the courier. In some cases, items may not be readily available or may need to be sourced from our manufacturer partners, which can cause delays. We will keep you informed throughout this process.
Once your product(s) are ready for dispatch, we aim to deliver them to you the next day. We partner with DPD for our delivery service, offering next-day delivery to the USA mainland, with charges detailed on our website.
Exceptional Items
For orders weighing over 10 kilos, or that are large or of unusual shapes, we will discuss delivery arrangements with you before dispatch, as these items may not qualify for our standard delivery fee.
Delivery Details
Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated about any delays. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our parts department.
Change of Delivery Address
Products will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. This change can only be made if the item(s) have not already been dispatched.
